widows, orphans and dependents who are suffering from
need, hardship and distress or illness, ill health or
injury.
To help widows, orphans and others who are suffering
from need, hardship and distress or illness, ill health
or injury as a consequence of having helped or tried
to help those in peril on the seas or foreshores or
as a result of marine disaster.
To help in particular people who are without parents
or other near relatives.
