15th January Call out Vessel adrift on Loch Eil. Taken
ashore and secured.
17th January Call out member of public reported small
boat in difficulty. Camusnagaul ferry tender on its
mooring was being tossed about in bad weather.
27th January Call out to investigate no marker lights
on UTC barge. UTC Rib called out to restart generator.
27th February Call out to land Helimed 5 at the paper
mill for medivac.
20th March Call out to search for a missing dinghy
on Loch Eil. Nothing found.
23rd March Call out to take samples of pollution on
Loch Linnhe. UTC Rib assisted in collection.
4th April Call out search for missing person around
Ballachullish on Loch Leven. Nothing found stood down
by police.
5th April Call out for first light search for missing
person. Casualty turned up safe and well.
11th May Call out to land Rescue MU at the Westend
car park for medivac.
3rd June Call out Yacht Marin drifting due to fouled
propeller. Stood down when yacht skipper had freed prop.
10th July Call out to yacht Celtic Storm who had lost
power and dragging anchor in Loch Linnhe. Used local
dinghy to row out and attach line. Towed yacht to pier.
12th July Call out Catamaran Masscat broken mooring
and aground at canal office in Loch Linnhe. Pulled off
shore and moored at canal pontoon.
27th July out small boat on shore at Gorsten Loch Linnhe.
Pulled above high water mark and secured.
13th August Call out LYC rescue boat stolen by youths.
UTC Rib with police onboard arrested youths and LYC
boat secured on its own mooring.
4 September Call out drifting dinghy at Cranog Pier
Loch Linnhe with fishing equipment. Search for missing
person until casualty turned up at home. He hadn't secured
boat properly.
1st October Call out to land Helimed 5 at the Westend
car park for medivac.
5th October Call out small boat adrift off Corpach
Loch Linnhe. Secured above high water mark.
30th October Call out search for missing person in
Airds Bay Loch Linnhe. Clothes found on shore. Nothing
found stood down due to darkness.
31st October Call out resume search for missing person.
Also assist Oban Lifeboat search for floating object.
5' mooring buoy secured above high water mark.
1st November Call out Resume search for missing person.
Nothing found.
